Hi! I’m Ashley Akhavan, a Los Angeles, California, native who has been obsessed with makeup ever since I can remember. When I was in high school, I remember constantly being on YouTube watching videos all about makeup. I would then run to my local Sephora and purchase all of the products I thought I would love. Unfortunately, I did not always love the products I purchased, but luckily as I got older, I started becoming more knowledgeable about brands and their ethics. Since then, I have been making informed decisions about my beauty products and I hope to pass on that knowledge onto my audience.

I hope that one day I am lucky enough to work for a makeup company I love, using my public relations major in the process, to help spread the word about our brand to influencers who will be honest about what they think of our products. I am excited to be on this journey and cannot wait to see where it takes me.
